data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>All inquiries about or requests in accordance with these terms and conditions must be made in writing to the Australian Security Research Centre (ASRC) at <a href=\"mailto:events@asrc.com.au\">events@asrc.com.au<\/a>.<\/p><p>These terms and conditions apply to all ASRC events including all in-person, hybrid and online events such as seminars, workshops, conferences, webinars and social\/networking functions. By registering for an ASRC event you agree to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5a58a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d5a58a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>REGISTRATIONS<\/h2><ul><li>All registration fees are published on the ASRC website in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.<\/li><li>Registration fees are payable on registration. ASRC does not guarantee registration until payment has been received. Registrants will not be permitted entrance to an event unless the registration fee and any other applicable fee has been received in full.<\/li><li>Discounted registration fees apply to certain events and availability\/eligibility will be advertised on the specific event registration webpage on the ASRC website.<\/li><li>Registration closing dates and times are specific to each event and are set out on the individual registration webpages on the ASRC website.<\/li><li>In the unlikely event that more than the maximum number of attendees are registered for an event, ASRC will give preference in order of time of registration. All registrants who cannot be accommodated will be advised via email or telephone and offered a full refund.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-523ddcf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"523ddcf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>TRANSFERS OF REGISTRANTS AND EVENTS<\/h2><ul><li>A registrant can request a transfer of their registration to a new registrant by request in writing before the event commencement date.\u00a0<\/li><li>If a transfer is requested and there is a registration price difference due to the eligibility of the original and new registrant for a discount, the amount of difference will be invoiced and is payable immediately. The registration will not be transferred until the difference in registration fee is paid. If the price difference is lower, no refund will apply.<\/li><li>Registrants cannot transfer their registrations to other events or ASRC products such as event recordings, alternate events, future event dates, on-demand resources or obtain a general credit.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c48bca3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c48bca3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>EVENT REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS<\/h2><ul><li>If a registrant does not attend an event for whatever reason, no refund will be provided.<\/li><li>The following terms will apply to requests from registrants to cancel an event registration:<ul><li>Where a request for cancellation is received at least 7 days before the day of an event (not including the day of the event), a refund of the registration fee will be provided less a cancellation fee of 30%.<\/li><li>Where a request for cancellation is received 7 days or less before the day of the event (not including the day of the event) no refund will be provided.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>If the registration fee has not been paid at the time of the request for cancellation, the registrant is still liable for the registration fee and the cancellation fee.<\/li><li>ASRC makes every attempt to run events in accordance with advertised schedules however in the event that ASRC cancels an event, registrants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.<\/li><li>Refunds offered in accordance with these terms and conditions will be refunded to the credit card used to make the initial purchase. Refunds for payments made by BPAY, Cheque or EFT will be refunded by EFT.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0636498 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0636498\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>General<\/h2><ul><li>ASRC will use every effort to maintain the integrity of the event and programming, however ASRC reserves the right to make changes to programs, substitute presenters and\/or topics where necessary, and change the delivery format (e.g. from in-person to online).<\/li><li>The information provided at ASRC events and courses is provided for professional development and\/or social engagement purposes. ASRC makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the information or that the material is fit for any particular purpose. The information is provided on the basis that all persons accessing this information undertake responsibility for assessing the relevance and accuracy of its content.<\/li><li>Any decisions made in respect of these terms and conditions are entirely at the discretion of ASRC.<\/li><li>The ASRC may collect personal data of those that participate in events and courses and such collection and use is subject to privacy policy found here: <a href=\"https:\/\/asrc.com.au\/protective-security-summit\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy &#8211; Australian Security Research Centre<\/a><\/li><li>These terms and conditions contain the entire understanding and agreement between the parties as to the subject matter of this agreement. All previous negotiations, understandings, representations or warranties concerning the subject matter of this agreement are merged and superseded by this agreement and are of no effect.\u00a0<\/li><li>The invalidity or unenforceability of any one or more of the provisions of this agreement not invalidate or render unenforceable the remaining provisions of this agreement.<\/li><li>These terms and conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the State of Queensland and the State of New South Wales. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Queensland and the State of New South Wales, and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from any of those
