held since 2022, previously being the Director then Executive Director Corporate Services. With over a decade of experience in leading one of Australia\u2019s premier law enforcement agencies, Mike is dedicated to deterring, disrupting, and reducing organised and serious crime, as well as confiscating the proceeds of crime.<\/p><p>As part of his portfolio of responsibilities Mike is the Chief Security Officer for the Crime Commission with executive responsibility for PHYSEC, PERSEC, CYBERSEC, INFOSEC and GOVSEC.<\/p><p>Before joining the NSW Crime Commission, Mike served as the Business Value Manager at the NSW Department of Education from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, he spent over five years with the Royal Australian Air Force, where he held pivotal roles such as Director of Air Mobility Programs, Deputy Director and then Director of the Minor Capability Investment Program.<\/p><p>Mike\u2019s career also includes a stint as an Operations Manager at the Department of Justice NSW in 2007. Prior to that he held management and executive roles in the public and private sectors whilst working in the UK, in project and program management, policy and legal advisory, governance and technology.<\/p><p>His extensive background in both public and private sector management and as a civilian supporting defence capabilities and operations, and law information, underscores his expertise in strategic planning, operational readiness, and capability development.<\/p><p>He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business &amp; IT from the University of Central Lancashire, along with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB HONS Dip HE in Law) from the same institution. He is a certified project and program manager. In 2023, Mike completed the Executive Fellows Program at the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG), further enhancing his leadership credentials.<\/p><p>With his wealth of experience and a strong educational background, Mike Wilde is a distinguished professional in the fields of law enforcement, strategic management, and organisational
